基于SDG11的城市绿地环境公平测度——以武汉市中心城区为例

摘要(Abstract):

绿地资源的供需平衡是环境公平测度的重要维度。基于不同交通方式分析绿地服务的供给水平,结合"城市可持续发展目标"(SDG11)探讨社会发展水平;在此基础上,以武汉市中心城区为例,结合两步移动搜索法、区位熵和洛伦兹曲线等方法,探究供需匹配的空间耦合关系,并分析不同年龄结构群体的绿地资源分配差异。结果表明:1)绿地综合服务水平存在显著的空间差异,受地理环境和历史沿革的时空影响,呈现西高东低的空间格局和由内向外递减的圈层结构。2)可持续发展水平较高的社区主要位于武汉市中心城区腹地,并沿水系向城市边缘蔓延;绿地服务滞后型社区比重较大,城市绿地综合服务水平与可持续发展水平的匹配度不足。3)绿地资源分配两极分化严重,少数人占有大部分绿地资源,负担人口的绿地资源享有程度不足,绿地生态服务的格局亟待优化。研究结果可为绿地规划提供科学依据,有助于SDG11的推进与落实。
The balance between supply and demand of green space resources is an important dimension of environmental equity measurement.The supply level of green space services is analyzed based on different transportation modes, and the level of social development is explored in conjunction with sustainable development goal11(SDG11).On this basis, taking the central urban area of Wuhan City as an example, the two-step floating catchment area method, location entropy and Lorentz curve are combined to explore the spatial coupling relationship of supply and demand matching of urban green space and to analyze the differences in green space resource allocation among different age structure groups.The results are as follows.1) There are significant spatial differences in the comprehensive service level of green space, which is influenced by the geographical environment and history in time and space, with high-value areas in the west and low-value areas in the east and showing a decreasing circle structure from inside to outside.2) Communities with high sustainable development levels are mainly located in the central urban hinterland and spread to the urban edge along the water system.The proportion of communities with lagging green space services is larger, and the comprehensive service level of urban green space does not match the sustainable development level sufficiently.3) The two-tier division of urban green space resources distribution is serious, a few people occupy most of the green space resources, the degree of enjoyment of urban green space resources by the burdened population is insufficient, and the pattern of urban green space ecological services needs to be optimized.The research results can provide a scientific basis for green space planning and contribute to the promotion and implementation of SDG11.
