城市立体交通网络通达性测度研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对目前城市立体交通网络通达性研究现状,提出基于GIS和空间句法模型的城市立体交通网络通达性测度方法,分别对现状平面路网、现状立体路网和规划立体路网进行空间句法分析,从而全面测度城市立体交通网络的通达性水平。合肥市中心城区的案例研究显示:与平面路网相比,建设高架道路打造立体路网能够提高城市交通通达性,但提高效果有限,且主要表现在总体通达性的改善上,对于局部通达性的改善成效并不明显;与现状立体路网相比,规划立体路网对局部通达性的提高则更为有效和显著。该文可为城市立体交通网络通达性研究提供理论方法参考和实践应用借鉴,为制定城市交通规划和政策提供科学依据。
The measurement on the accessibility of traffic network is a classical research topic of urban science.In terms of the current research situation of urban three-dimensional traffic network accessibility,the measurement method on the accessibility of urban three-dimensional traffic network based on GIS and space syntax model is put forward.The comprehensive measurement results on the accessibility of urban three-dimensional traffic network can be obtained by using space syntax model toward to the current plane road network,current three-dimensional road network and the planned three-dimensional road network.The case study in the central urban area of Hefei City shows that:compared with the plane road network,the construction of three-dimensional road network by building elevated roads can improve the accessibility of urban traffic,but the improvement effect is limited.At the same time,the improvement is mainly reflected in the improvement of overall accessibility,and the improvement of local accessibility is not significant.Compared with the current three-dimensional road network,the planed three-dimensional road network is more effective and significant for improving the local accessibility.The study can provide references of theoretical method and practical application for urban three-dimensional traffic network accessibility.It also can provide scientific basis for the formulation of urban traffic planning and policy.
