陆海经济协调发展是陆海统筹在区域经济维度的核心目标,也是建设海洋强国的关键环节。本文在构建陆域经济与海洋经济耦合协调分析框架的基础上,运用改进的内生方向性距离函数、修正的耦合协调度模型、相对发展模型和时空地理加权回归模型,探究2011—2023年我国沿海地区陆海经济协调性及影响因素。结果表明:(1)从整体上看,研究期内我国沿海地区陆域经济效率大于海洋经济效率,且二者仍存在较大提升空间;(2)我国陆海经济耦合协调状态由濒临失调发展为良好协调,除辽宁外,耦合协调度均呈现平稳上升趋势;(3)我国沿海地区发展逐渐由“陆域经济效率驱动型”向“陆海复合驱动型”转变,“陆海复合驱动型”省域数量不断增加;(4)陆海经济协调发展水平受经济、政治、文化、社会和生态环境多种因素的共同影响,各影响因素具有明显的时间差异性和空间异质性特征。
Abstract:The coordinated development of the land-sea economy constitutes the core objective of integrated land-sea development in the dimension of regional economy and serves as a crucial component in building China into a maritime power.Based on constructing an analytical framework for the coupling coordination between the land economy and the marine economy, this study employs an improved endogenous directional distance function, a modified coupling coordination degree model, a relative development model, and a geographically and temporally weighted regression method to investigate the land-sea economic coordination status and its influencing factors in China′s coastal regions from 2011 to 2023.It is found as follows.(1) Overall, land economic efficiency in coastal regions exceeded marine economic efficiency, with significant potential for improvement remaining in both.(2) The coupling coordination state of China′s land-sea economy evolved from the verge of imbalance to good coordination.Except for Liaoning, other provincial regions showed a steady upward trend in coupling coordination degree.(3) The development of China′s coastal regions gradually changed from a "land economic efficiency-driven" pattern to a "land-sea composite-driven" pattern, with an increasing number of provincial regions belonging to the latter type.(4) The level of coordinated development of the land-sea economy is jointly influenced by economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological environmental factors.These influencing factors exhibit distinct temporal variations and spatial heterogeneity.
