提出一种基于奇异值分解(Singular Value Decomposition,SVD)的ETM+遥感蚀变信息提取方法,有效地避免了PCA方法在数据正态标准化过程中造成信息丢失的问题,确保了矿物光谱的特征性;采用半自适应的异常后处理技术,计算初始蚀变信息与目标矿物的相似度以确定最优异常分割阈值,使得提取的异常信息更具针对性。以青海省五龙沟金矿勘查区为研究区,提取与金矿化相关的铁染蚀变和羟基异常信息。结果表明,该方法提取的蚀变信息与地层、侵入岩和断裂构造吻合较好,比PCA方法提取精度更高,应用效果更好,为五龙沟地区蚀变信息提取和金矿勘查提供了新的思路。
Abstract:A new approach was presented to extract alteration information of ETM+imagery based on singular value decomposition(SVD),emphasizing initial characterization of RS data and effectively avoiding the problem of information-loss which caused by normal standardization of the data compared to PCA.The optimal abnormal segmentation parameter is determined by calculating the spectral similarity between the initial alteration information and target mineral.The authors selected the Gold Deposit in Wulonggou of Qinghai Province as study area,extracted the information of altered minerals from the ETM+image of the study area.Five marked targets of altered rocks in the figures of recognition results were demonstrated,and the result showed that the identification results of SVD were consistent with the field ground objects.A comparison between the alteration zones obtained by PCA shows that much useless information was extracted.In the identification of altered minerals using ETM+data,the recognition results obtained by SVD have higher relibility than the results obtained by PCA.
