城市街道及景观特征对游客情感影响的现场实验分析

城市旅游背景下,街道是游客情感体验的空间载体,但街道及景观特征对游客情感的影响机制尚不明确。该文基于具身理论,以“身体—环境—情感”融合互动为逻辑线索,通过一项2(游览方式:模拟、实地)×3(街道类型:历史、商业、公园)现场随机实验,探究城市旅游街道场景中的游客情感体验。结果发现:(1)城市街道游览能引起游客愉悦度、唤醒度和皮肤电导水平(SCL)在时间层面的变化;(2)游客在历史街道、公园街道和商业街道实地游览后愉悦度、唤醒度均高于模拟游览;(3)单一的城市街道景观客观特征不能引起游客愉悦度、唤醒度和SCL变化,而公园街道、历史街道景观感知特征与游客愉悦度、唤醒度、SCL变化存在相关性。

Abstract:

Streets have functioned as the spatial bearers of visitors′ emotional experiences in the context of urban tourism.However, the influence mechanism of streets on tourists′ emotions is yet unresolved.Based on the theory of embodied experience, utilizing the integration of "body-environment-emotion" as a logical clue, this paper employed a field randomized 2(tour mode: simulation, field)×3(street type: historical street, commercial street, park) to investigate the tourists′ emotional experience in the urban tourism street scene.It is found as follows.(1)Tourists′ pleasure, arousal, and SCL can change as a result of urban street tours.(2)After field trips of historical streets, parks, and commercial streets, tourists′ pleasure and arousal levels are higher than those of simulated tours.(3)Tourists′ pleasure level, arousal level, and SCL changes are not caused by the objective characteristics of a single urban street landscape; however, there is a correlation between changes in tourists′ perceptions of park and historical streets and changes in their arousal, pleasure, and SCL.
