京津冀城市群土地利用多功能共生网络结构特征及驱动因素研究

摘要:

明晰城市群土地利用多功能共生网络关系有助于推动区域绿色协同发展。该文以京津冀县域为研究单元,运用综合评价法测算2010—2020年土地农业生产、非农业生产、生活和生态功能值,采用社会网络分析法揭示土地利用多功能共生网络结构特征,利用二次指派程序(QAP)剖析多功能共生网络变化的驱动因素。结果表明:(1)2010—2020年京津冀地区农业生产功能水平逐步下降,整体呈现西南高、东北低的空间特征;非农业生产和生活功能有所提升,总体以京、津两市为核心向外辐射扩散,趋向多中心均衡发展;生态功能整体波动上升,中南部地区提升较明显。(2)研究期内各类功能共生网络密度稳步增长,平均最短路径长度和网络效率不断下降,功能间互动关系愈加密切,网络关联性和稳定性明显增强;各项功能网络的节点度数—中介中心度呈幂律分布,“核心—边缘”结构化特征明显。(3)地理空间邻近性、产业结构、土地利用结构、社会保障差异是影响功能共生网络格局的重要因素,其中地理空间邻近关系的正向驱动作用最强。研究结果可以为跨县域土地多功能协同利用和区域一体化模式设计提供参考。

Abstract:

Clarifying the multifunctional symbiotic network relationship of land use in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH) urban agglomeration is helpful to promote regional green coordinated development.Taking counties(districts) in the BTH urban agglomeration as units, the comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the agricultural production, non-agricultural production, living and ecological function values of land from 2010 to 2020.The social network analysis method is used to reveal the structural characteristics of the multifunctional symbiotic network of land use in the region, and the QAP model is used to analyze the driving factors of the evolution of the multifunctional symbiotic network.The main results are as follows.(1) From 2010 to 2020,the level of agricultural production function in the BTH urban agglomeration gradually decreased, showing a spatial characteristic of high in the southwest and low in the northeast as a whole.The non-agricultural production and living functions have been improved, with Beijing and Tianjin as the core of outward radiation, tending to multi-center balanced development.The overall fluctuation of ecological function increased, and the improvement in the central and southern regions was more obvious.(2) During the study period, the density of symbiotic networks of various types of functions steadily increased, while the average shortest path length and network efficiency continued to decline.The interaction between functions became increasingly close, and the network correlation and stability were significantly enhanced.The degree of nodes and the betweenness centrality in various functional networks exhibited a power-law distribution characteristic, and the "core-edge" structure of the network was obvious.(3) Geographical proximity, industrial structure, land use structure, and social security differences are important factors affecting the functional network pattern, among which the positive driving effect of geographical proximity is the strongest.The research results can provide reference for multifunctional collaborative utilization of land across counties(districts) and the design of regional integration models.
