旅游城镇化与生态效率的适配性特征及跃迁机制研究——以武陵山片区为例

摘要:

厘清旅游城镇化与生态效率的适配关系及其跃迁机制,是集中连片脱贫地区巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果和促进城乡融合的重要议题。基于2010—2022年武陵山片区71个县域单元的面板数据,利用熵权-TOPSIS法和Super-SBM模型评估旅游城镇化和生态效率水平,运用数列匹配度、探索性时空数据分析方法和分位数回归模型探究旅游城镇化与生态效率的适配性特征及其跃迁机制。结果表明:(1)研究期内武陵山片区旅游城镇化水平稳步提升,空间呈现重庆>湖南>湖北>贵州的梯度分异格局;生态效率整体呈“W”形波动特征,各分片区空间差异显著。(2)武陵山片区旅游城镇化与生态效率适配度持续上升,空间异质性突出,重庆片区适配度领先,鄂湘县域稳步提升,贵州及湘西北部分地区形成低值“洼地”。(3)LISA时间路径相对长度空间不均衡性明显,县域局部空间结构与演化方向平稳连续;片区整体空间关联紧密,以强正向协同关系为主,时空跃迁具有显著空间锁定与路径依赖特征,“类型Ⅳ”占比最高,“类型Ⅰ”呈倒“U”形演变,“类型Ⅱ”与“类型Ⅲ”先降后升,县域间要素扩散与协同联动效应不断增强。(4)经济发展、政府干预与人口密度对二者适配性具有显著促进作用,且存在明显分位差异,而产业结构、科技创新及交通基础条件的影响不显著;驱动要素存在明显阶段性差异,低分位阶段以“经济—政府—人口”为核心合力,高分位阶段以“政策—人口”为主要引擎,产业结构、科技创新与交通基础条件的制约作用贯穿高低分位全过程。

Abstract:

Clarifying the adaptive relationship between tourism urbanization and eco-efficiency and its transition mechanism is to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote urban-rural integration in contiguous poverty-stricken areas.Utilizing panel data from 71 county-level units in the Wuling Mountains Area from 2010 to 2022,this study assesses the levels of tourism urbanization and eco-efficiency by employing the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method and the Super-SBM model.Furthermore, the compatibility characteristics of tourism urbanization and eco-efficiency and its leaping mechanism are explored by using the number series matching degree, exploratory spatio-temporal data analysis method and quantile regression model.It is found as follows.(1) During the study period, the level of tourism urbanization in the Wuling Mountains Area increased steadily, exhibiting a spatial gradient differentiation pattern of Chongqing > Hunan > Hubei > Guizhou.The ecological efficiency displayed a W-shaped fluctuation characteristic, with significant spatial disparities among sub-regions.(2) The compatibility between tourism urbanization and ecological efficiency in the Wuling Mountains Area continued to rise, with prominent spatial heterogeneity.Chongqing sub-area took the lead in compatibility, while counties in Hubei and Hunan experienced steady improvements.In contrast, parts of Guizhou and northwestern Hunan formed low-value depressions.(3) The relative length of the LISA time path showed significant spatial imbalance, whereas the local spatial structure and evolutionary direction of counties remained stable and continuous.The overall spatial correlation across the study area was strong, predominantly characterized by positive synergy.The spatiotemporal transition displayed notable spatial locking and path dependence, with Type Ⅳ accounting for the largest proportion, TypeⅠshowing an inverted U-shaped evolution, and Types Ⅱ and Ⅲ initially declining and then increasing.Factor diffusion and synergistic linkage effects among counties were continuously enhanced.(4) Economic development, government intervention and population density significantly promoted the compatibility between tourism urbanization and ecological efficiency, with evident quantile differences.In contrast, the impacts of industrial structure, technological innovation, and transportation infrastructure were not significant.The driving factors exhibited clear stage differences: in the low-quantile stage, the core driving force was the "economy-government-population";in the high-quantile stage, the "policy-population" served as the primary engine.Meanwhile, the constraining effects of industrial structure, technological innovation, and transportation infrastructure persisted throughout both low-and high-quantile stages.
