在构建经济增长质量评价指标体系的基础上,运用熵值法对江苏省13个地级市2001-2011年经济增长质量进行定量分析,并根据测算结果将江苏省13市划分为经济增长质量最高区、较高区、中等区、较低区四大类。研究发现:江苏省经济增长质量整体上处于逐年上升状态,且苏南、苏中、苏北呈现出明显的地区差异;13市所属经济增长质量类型区11年间没有发生太大变动,但不同年份各城市相对位次浮动较大;各子系统对经济增长质量综合得分影响程度存在差异,苏南、苏中地区居民经济状况对综合得分贡献度大,苏北地区经济增长的效益度对经济增长质量的影响大。通过定量分析江苏省各市经济增长质量11年间的变动情况与空间分布状况,指出江苏省存在的主要问题并提出解决措施,以期为江苏省在今后经济发展中全面提升各市经济增长质量提供参考。

Based on the construction of index system,this paper does some quantitative analysis of the economic growth quality about the 13cities in Jiangsu Province by using entropy method.According to the comprehensive scores,the 13cities are divided into 4parts.They are the highest quality,high quality,medium-quality and low quality.The analysis results show that:1)The economic growth quality in Jiangsu Province has been increasing year by year,but there are big differences in the spatial distribution among the south of Jiangsu Province,Central Jiangsu Region and the North of Jiangsu Province;2)The changes in the patterns of the economic growth quality about the 13cities were little during the past 11years,while the ranking about the comprehensive scores changed a lot;3)Different subsystems makes different contribution to the comprehensive scores.The areas in the South of Jiangsu Province and Central Jiangsu Region,the subsystem of economic status of residents makes great contribution while it is the effectiveness of economic growth in North of Jiangsu Province.By analyzing the changes in the economic growth quality and the differences in the spatial distribution among the 13cities from 2001to 2011,at last the authors pointed out three main problems about the issue of the economic growth quality and gave the proper suggestions,solutions and strategies aiming at the problems.The purpose of this paper is to give classification guidance to the economic development in Jiangsu Province by researching on this issue.
