全球范围内 ,生态安全形势越来越严峻 ,局部地区的生态安全态势甚至已经损坏了社会经济与农业生产可持续发展的基础 ,但是从学术层面上区域生态安全研究尚不充分。该文研究建立了区域生态安全评价的指标体系和评价标准 ,并对PSR框架模型作了扩展 ,制定了区域生态安全评价指标体系概念框架 ,据此建立了区域生态安全评价指标体系
Abstract：The situation of ecological security is more and more rigorous in the world, even, the regional ecological security has already destroyed the base of the sustainable development of the social economy and agricultural prodution, but the study of regional ecological security on the academe is not developed completely now. The criteria and standards of regional ecological security assessment, built in the textual study, provide the bases in theory and method to the ecological security assessment and ecological environment management. The text has developed the model-frame of PSR, established the concept frame of the criteria and standards of regional ecological security assessment, namely, the concept frame of Driver-PSR-ecological environment service, and established the system of the criteria and standards of regional ecological security assessment based on it.
